You may not submit templates that you have simply found nor are you able to modify templates and submit them back. For clarity, MyTemplateBox does not permit copyright infringing activities on the site.

2) your templates do not and will not: (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right. (b) your templates do not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data or personal information, or that facilitate or enable such or that are intended to do any of the foregoing. Violators of these third-party rights may be subject to criminal and civil liability. MyTemplateBox reserves all rights and remedies against any Users who violate these Terms and Conditions.

3) MyTemplateBox reserves the right to add the link "Downloaded from Free Website Templates" to the footer of templates submitted to MyTemplateBox.

This agreement (Section A) only apply for Templates designed by MyTemplateBox. See Section B for more information on 3rd party templates licenses.

Templates designed by MyTemplateBox are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License in accordance with these Terms and Conditions issued by MyTemplateBox.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of MyTemplateBox Templates, modified or unmodified. All products are property of MyTemplateBox and they are protected by copyright law.

Disclaimer of Warranty

MyTemplateBox Templates are provided "as is" and without warranties, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, any services linked to the MyTemplateBox website. User must assume the entire risk of using MyTemplateBox Templates.

By downloading and using MyTemplateBox Templates You agree not to make claims any damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of using MyTemplateBox Templates.

• Any specific information included with the file upon download such as license information is binding to that template.
